Our Story
Our members have the ideas. We provide the expertise and resources to make those ideas a reality.
We support Team Science approaches to solving the complicated digital health problems.
Digital Health Innovation, formerly Precision Health, was launched as a Presidential Initiative in 2017. Our formation created a permanent home for the Michigan Genomics Initiative (MGI). Since its initial founding, Digital Health Innovation has expanded its member services to include a de-identified database of over 500,000 patients, computational support including PHI compliant data processing and data storage, and the deployment for clinical testing of models.
We have over 400 members that span 75 departments across 17 schools and colleges. We are committed to finding research partners and solutions to help push projects from the bench to the bedside.
